Courtbrook Farm

Come and stay in our charmingly historic listed Farmhouse, set in the heart of traditional Devon farmland. You will find a warm welcome at our family farm set in the wonderful Devon countryside in the picturesque village of Clyst St. George ideally situated being just 2 miles from Junction 30 of the M5 motorway, in easy reach of Exeter and Exmouth we have plenty of free car parking.

Our accommodation comprises of a Self-catering Apartment with double bedded room, lounge/kitchenette, shower room, free high speed wifi, free car parking, alfresco picnic table.

Cyclist will find some lovely cycle paths, the closes is The Estuary Trail it goes from Exmouth along the Exe Estuary all the way into the Quay in Exeter it is delightful, we can join it at Darts Farm shopping village where bikes can be hired, the trail passes through some lovely villages and many nice pubs.

Walkers will enjoy the Jurassic coastline which runs from Exmouth all along the coat to Pool in Dorset. Dartmoor and Exmoor have plenty of walks and sight seeing.

Closer to home we have Topsham a beautiful old town which has lovely walks around the narrow streets and boats along the Estuary, there is also a R.S.P.B. Bird hide looking over the wetland reserve. A walk on ferry will take you over to the other side of the river tide permitting in the summer. There are lots of great places to eat in Topsham.

More seaside towns and beautiful beaches you may wish to visit are Exmouth, Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Beer and Branscombe all lovely and all very different.

For family attractions we have Crealy Adventure Park, Bicton Gardens and many National Trust Properties.
